We deliver and setup based on your event schedule, not ours, seven days a week. You don’t have to do anything but enjoy the unit. There is always someone available on the weekends if you have questions or need help (often it is the owner of the company himself). We are fully insured with liability insurance for $1 million on each and every rental unit, and will happily provide you with proof of coverage. (If you are shopping pricing, please make sure that whoever quotes you provides you with a written Certificate of Insurance showing that the exact units you want are fully insured. None of us look forward to misadventures, but they do happen sometimes, and we put have chosen to put your safety first.)

If you are renting a unit that is WET, please remember that it needs to dry for 2 hours prior to our picking it up. This does not mean you have to stop using it, only that the water source has to be turned off.

We do request a 50% deposit at the time of your reservation. This guarantees your reservation and allows us to hold the units for your event. For large events, we do customized packages based on your need and your budget — we will make sure that you have what you need at a price that is affordable to your event budget. Don’t hesitate to ask us for a multi-unit proposal. We can even help with suggestions on what units will be based, based on the type of event and ages attending. WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!
